Winning in any competition requires preparation mind, body, and soul. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience and in order to create our greatest goals we must use all of our creative tools. Preparation requires discipline and effort on every level. Your discipline will determine your growth and consistency and your effort will allow you to build muscle memory so you can recall the physical, mental, or emotional action that you will build throughout the preparation process. The more you push yourself to step outside of your comfort zone, the larger your competitive level will be. This journey is to empower you by reminding you that you can create your greatest miracles from within. The world of competition doesn’t exist except through your perception of it.
The best way to prepare to achieve your goal is to build a solid plan on a mind, body, and soul level. Prepare through your mind by detailing every aspect of this win and how it affects your emotions. Prepare your mind by visualizing daily and praying on the goal you wish to accomplish. What does it look like in your life when you achieve it and how does your life now reflect your goal if you were to have it today? Prepare your body by physically strengthening yourself, executing an action plan and doing this action plan every day until you achieve it.
Your mind should have a daily task list to accomplish. When you strive to create new experiences in your life then you need to build a new pattern of thinking and behaving so you can have a different outcome. Since we are creatures of habit and our current situation in life was build on previous habits, then we need to be diligent in the connection of these experiences from the inside out. Building a new habit allows you to work towards new daily goals that force you to step outside of your comfort zone.
Preparation also includes being specific in what you want to achieve, why you want to achieve it and how you plan to create this new goal. Your mind will rise or fall according to your own expectations, so set your goals high and allow yourself the courtesy to challenge yourself enough so you can know what you are capable of. Life is too short to be mediocre because it is easy. God gave you the power to create miracles in every form, so what you choose to do with that power is up to you. Preparation is the key to achieving any goal. Even though it may appear to be luck, realize the luck was in the preparation all along. Then when preparation and destiny meet, you can inspire and empower many people to reach within themselves achieve their greatest goals.
